Richard P. Harris – a resident of Webster – is a 1969 graduate of Franklin High School, a graduate of SUNY Farmingdale, and a NYS Licensed Funeral Director since 1972. He is a member of the Irondequoit Rotary and Knights of Columbus, volunteers at St. Josaphat’s Ukrainian Catholic Church functions, and is a parishioner of Christ the King Church. Mr. Harris is married to his sweetheart, Billie Harris. They have two sons, Michael and Richard F. as well as 4 grandchildren, Emily, Michael, Hudson & Holden. When on break from work, he loves to cook for his family, play golf, ride motorcycles, and travel on his boat with his wife.

Rick was inspired to pursue a career in funeral service during his early years, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. A resident of Webster, Rick graduated from West Irondequoit High School in 1997 and wrestled throughout his career. He received his A.A.S in Mortuary Science from the State University of New York at Canton in 1999; and has been a NYS Licensed Funeral Director since 2000. Rick is a parishioner of Christ the King Church, and volunteers with St. Josaphats Ukrainian Catholic Church functions. When he’s not working, Rick loves to play all sports and works out on a daily basis. Boxing, Golf, and Volleyball are just a few activities he enjoys. Rick is married to his wife, Amanda and they have 2 identical twin boys, Hudson & Holden Harris.  Rick has also received his certification as a Certified Funeral Celebrant and is a former President of the Rochester Genesee Valley Funeral Directors Association.

A resident of Penfield, David is a 1980 graduate of Gouverneur High School, Gouverneur, NY. David graduated from Simmons School of Mortuary Science in 1988 and has been a NYS Licensed Funeral Director since 1989. He also holds a Funeral Director’s License in the State of Pennsylvania. David has been married to his wife Tina since 1983 and has two daughters, Elizabeth and Rebekah (and her husband Paul) and a beautiful granddaughter, Elsie Jo. David is a member of the Church of the Nazarene. In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his family (including their dog, Samson) and just enjoying the outdoors

Philip F. Profetta, a resident of Webster, NY for many years. Graduated from McQuaid Jesuit High School in 1959 and Simmons School of Mortuary Science in 1962. A New York State Licensed Funeral Director for 46 years. He is the son of the late Philip Profetta Sr. and Josephine (Sue) Profetta. Married to Nancy Stone in February of 1964, they had two children, Philip Michael Profetta and Jennine Marie (Profetta) Proietti and three grandchildren Anthony, Alyssa and Zachary Proietti. Phil joined the staff of Paul W. Harris Funeral in October of 2010. He is a member of Webster Bible Church, where he served on the Deacon Board, Sunday School Supervisor and sang in the church choir. He also serves on the Board of West Webster Cemetery and was a lifetime member of the Penfield-Perinton Kiwanis Club.

A resident of Greece, Bob is a 1961 Graduate of Eastridge High School, a 1962 graduate of the Simmons Institute of Funeral Service, and a NYS Funeral Director since 1963. He has three children – Robert, Jr, Jeffrey, and Jennifer – as well as four grandchildren. A parishioner of St. Lawrence Church, member of Seneca Lodge #797, F&AM and a member of the Elks Lodge #24 B.P.O.E. Bob is an avid golfer; Past President and Past Secretary Treasurer of the Rochester Genesee Valley Funeral Directors Association.

Natasha grew up in Webster, NY., where she still resides today.  She graduated from R.L. Thomas High School in 1989.  After obtaining a degree in Optical Engineering Technology in 1992, she began her employment with the Xerox Corporation in Webster.  After an unexpected lay-off in 2001, she pursued a career in funeral service, and obtained her license in 2003.  Natasha loves helping other people and spends her free time attending concerts and enjoying life with her family, friends, and her dog Mojo.

A resident of Victor, John is a 1988 graduate of Geneva High School and a 2001 graduate of Simmon’s School of Mortuary Science in Syracuse. John’s family owns and operates McGuigan Funeral Home in Geneva, which was founded in 1945. Spending time there at a young age is what drew him into the funeral business. He is a licensed crematory operator in New York State and previously worked in the cremation industry. He married his wife, Sadie, in 2000 and they have three children together; Jonah, Sofia and DJ. In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his wife and kids and is an avid hunter.

Susan is a resident of Hamlin. She graduated from Rush Henrietta High School and has an Associate’s Degree in Hospitality Travel & Tourism. She has over 20 years in the customer service. Susan has been with the Harris Funeral Home and Pets at Peace since 2009. She is married to Billy. She has a daughter, Ann Marie & step daughter, Shelby & their two dogs Gizmo & Zilly. When Susan is not working she loves spending time with her family, traveling, cooking and riding on the motorcycle with her husband.

A resident of Irondequoit, Larry graduated from West Irondequoit High School in 1997. Larry has been married to his wife Jennifer since 2003. Larry has over 16 years of working in customer service. Being an avid animal lover, Larry joined the Pets at Peace team in April 2015. During his free time, Larry enjoys watching sports, especially the Buffalo Bills and New York Yankees., being outdoors and spending time with his family and friends and beloved dogs Nala & Snickers. Larry and his wife Jennifer are parishioners of Christ the King Church.

A graduate of Webster High School, Angelo joined Pets at Peace in 2015 after 10+ years as general manager of a local Rochester business.  With a passion for helping others, Angelo believed that working at Pets at Peace was a great opportunity for him to assist others during difficult times.  A former bowler and an avid animal lover, Angelo and his Westie Pita reside in Brighton, and can be found traveling as well as spending time with many close friends.

Mike is the oldest of nine children. He was born and raised here in the Rochester and graduated from Honeoye Falls-Lima HS in 2005. After high school he went to Finger Lakes Community College and graduated with a degree in Horticulture. While there he played on the men’s soccer team. After attending Finger Lakes Mike went to Monroe Community College and received a degree in Construction Technology and currently works with his father full time installing and maintaining underground irrigation systems. Mike has been a part time team member since Pets at Peace opened in 2009.

Sheryl grew up in the Browncroft area of Rochester where she graduated from East High School. She has over 30 years of office experience primarily as a legal secretary. Sheryl and her husband, David have been married since 1994. They enjoy gardening, traveling and spending time with their 3 grandchildren and their Shi-Chi, Abbey.

Dave lives in Irondequoit. He graduated from West Irondequoit High School and retired from Dupont, with 39 years service. He is married to Tracy, has two sons, a daughter and 3 grandchildren. His passions are hockey, detailing automobiles, sports car racing, slot car racing and spending quality time with his family.

A resident of Irondequoit, Bill is a 1967 graduate of Edison Technical Institute and holds an A.A.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from R.I.T. Having worked for Kodak for 35 years, Bill has been working with in funeral service for 20 plus years, is married to Maureen, and has two children. Mr. Drew is a parishioner of St. Cecilia’s Church and enjoys classic cars, motorcycles, and travel in his free time.

Lee graduated from Drake University and the Eastman School of Music where he earned his MM and DMA.   He retired from the Penfield Central School District in 2005.  Lee is Director of Music and Organist at Summerville Presbyterian Church in Irondequoit.  Lee has two sons and he enjoys gardening, good food, and silversmithing.

Glen is a resident of Henrietta. He graduated from Drexel University 1972 with BS in Business Adm. He worked for Hallmark Cards for 11 years. Became an Independent Contractor for Enesco Corp (gift ware Co) then later an employee of that Co for 30yr. Retired in 2013. Glen has two daughters and a son, and five grandchildren. He loves the outdoors, canoeing, fishing and spending time visiting family.

Tony grew up in Irondequoit and is a graduate of East Ridge High School and Monroe Community College. In 2006 Tony retired from the Monroe County Sheriff’s department after 27years of service and joined the Harris Funeral Home in 2009. He currently is a resident of Penfield-Webster with his wife and 3 sons. Tony is a parishioner of St. Rita’s church in Webster and is involved with event planning for the annual St. Rita fiesta. He also volunteers his time at Camp Good Days and Special Times. In his free time he loves to fish, golf, bike, and watch his sons play sports, he also is an avid sports fan.

Trish grew up in Summerville area of Irondequoit where she is still a resident. She graduated from St. Thomas the Apostle School and West Irondequoit High School. She has 2 daughters and 1 son. She has worked with the Harris family since 2000. She is an animal lover and involved with Pet rescuing and fostering. She enjoys playing euchre, traveling, cooking, walking and reading.

Lucille has been in the restaurant business for a long time. She has a huge heart for animals, especially dogs. She house sits for them on a regular basis and treats them like they are her own children. She has been a hostess at the Harris Family center for many years and enjoys taking care of people.
