Irondequoit: Saturday, August 13, 2016. Pre-deceased by his parents Karl and Margaret Murrell. Doug is survived by loving sister, Debi (Chris) Russell, niece, Siobhan Russell and his loving and devoted friend Nakonde "Karma" Kamagate.
No prior visitation. Friends are invited to meet the family Wednesday 9:30 am at St. Kateri at Christ the King Church for his funeral mass. Interment to follow at Irondequoit Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to House of Mercy, 725 Hudson Ave., Rochester, NY 14621 or Mary Cariola Children's Center, 1000 Elmwood Avenue, Rochester, NY 14620.
