Andrijenko, Pasha Irondequoit: Passed away peacefully on Friday, March 10, 2017 at the age of 95. Pre-deceased by her husband Wasyl. Beloved mother of Mekola (Marie) Andrijenko, Katya (Theo) Katana, Halya (Bill) Napoli & Wasyl (Suzanne) Andrijenko; loving grandmother to Kristie (Mike) Andruela, Lori (Paul) Kirsch, Bill Napoli & Ben Napoli; great grandmother to Olivia Marie Kirsch. After her life was disrupted by World War II, Pasha emigrated to the US devoting her life to her family, her Ukrainian heritage and St. Mary's Ukrainian Orthodox Church, where as an active member of the sisterhood she taught Ukrainian School for many years. Her kind, loving presence and beautiful flower gardens will be remembered by many. A special thank you to the residents and staff of Grand Vie and St. John’s Green House Homes for their loving care and companionship. Calling Hours will be held Friday 4-7pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy S.) Panachyda 6:30pm. Friends are invited to meet the family Saturday 11am at St. Mary's Ukrainian Orthodox Church for her Divine Liturgy. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be directed to St. Mary's Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 3176 St. Paul Blvd. 14617.
