Irondequoit: Thursday, March 30, 2017 at age 70. Predeceased by husband John F. Smith and her parents Sherman & Margaret Ellsworth, brother Timothy. Survived by Daughters; Kimberly Burnett, Wendy(Ron Wendt) & Tracy Purvee. Also Survived by her brothers; Robert(Laura), Dalbert(Debbie), Sherman Jr,& Michael. Grandchildren; Heather, Amanda, Vincent III, Jennifer, Nick, Joey, Sam, Billy & Mackenzie. Great grandchildren; Christian, Aliaya, Jacob, VincentIV & Ariel. Many Nieces and Nephews.
Special thank you to Rochester General Hospital MICU Ward and a gracious thank you to Dr. Adel Obaji.
Her family will receive friends TUESDAY 2-4pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.). Interment Private. Memorials may be directed to Breast Cancer Coalition 0f Rochester, 1048 University Avenue, Rochester, NY 14607
