Irondequoit: Wednesday, May 17, 2017. Predeceased by her husband, John L. Adams and a son, Robert. Patricia is survived by her son, John Jr. (Karen); grandchildren, Lisa and Douglas; great-grandchildren, JT, Brendan and Simon and great-great-grandchild, Jaxon.
Her family will receive friends TUESDAY 12:00 - 2:00PM at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy S.), where her funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM. Interment White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to American Cancer Society or to National Kidney Foundation.
