A.Robert Kowalik

Irondequoit/Webster. Passed away at home on May 26, 2017 at the age of 91, surrounded by his family. Born at home in Batavia, New York on January 21, 1926, Bob was the seventh of ten children. He is predeceased by his parents John and Frances along with siblings, Irene Kulikowski, Raymond, Jerome, Connie Brazzell, John, Delores Slater and Barbara Alvut. Bob is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Elizabeth (Betty), devoted daughters Patricia (Scott) Lamarche, Roberta Kowalik (William Kagawa), cherished granddaughters Mary Kate Lamarche and Meghan (William) Ficarra, brother Arthur (Beverly) and sister Virginia, along with several nieces and nephews.

Bob was a graduate of Batavia High School (1943), veteran of the Army Air Corps, serving from 1944 to 1946 and spent 27 years at Eastman Kodak. He was a proud parishioner and Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion at St. Margaret Mary before moving to Webster in 2008.

No prior calling. On Tuesday, May 30 at 10 am, family and friends are invited to his funeral Mass at Holy Trinity Church, 1460 Ridge Road, Webster, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hope Ministry at Holy Trinity.
