Webster: Friday, December 8, 2017 at age 95. Irene is survived by her husband of 73 years, Peter Turchyn; daughter, Betty (Stephen) Oberst; grandsons, Matthew (Michelle) Oberst, Mark (Michelle) Oberst, Michael Oberst; sister, Dorothy (Stanley) Stahura; brother, Richard (Mary) Kowalski and numerous nieces and nephews.
Her family will receive friends THURSDAY 4:00 - 7:00pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy S.) Friends are invited to join the family FRIDAY 10:00 AM at PEACE OF CHRIST PARISH AT ST. JAMES CHURCH for her funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Peace Of Christ Parish At St. James Church, 109 Brockley Road, Rochester, NY 14609.
