Irondequoit; Saturday, December 9, 2017 at age 91. Predeceased by her husbands, Theodore Niver and Charles Pell. Dorothy is survived by her nieces, Suzanne (David) Kolb and Patricia Horner; nephews, Thomas (Patti) Horner, John Horner and Timothy Horner also many great and great grandnieces & nephews and several cousins and beloved daughter-in law, Linda Niver.

Dorothy was a retiree of Columbia Bank, a meals on wheels volunteer and a long time member of Seneca United Methodist Church. Dorothy loved traveling and gardening.

Her family will receive friends SATURDAY 10:00 - 12:00PM at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy S.) where her service will be held at 12 NOON with a reception to follow immediately. Entombment Riverside Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Seneca United Methodist Church or a charity of your choice.
