Irondequoit. Saturday, November 21, 2009. Pre-deceased by his wife Marta. Mr. Lobas is survived by his children, Mary (Eugene) Sydor, John (Viera) Lobas, grandchildren, Melissa (Gregory) Kauffman, Katherine Sydor, Peter & Adam Lobas, great grandchildren Henry & Ava. Alex was a retiree of Xerox Corp. and a Senior Alter Server for 40 years at. Epiphany Church.
His family will receive friends TUESDAY 4-8 pm at the funeral home. (Panachyda 7pm) Friends are invited to meet the family WEDNESDAY 10:00 AM for his Divine Liturgy at UKRAINIAN CATHOLIC CHURCH OF EPIPHANY. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Ukrainian Catholic Church of Epiphany, 220 Carter St. Rochester, NY 14621.
