Stephanie was such a vital, energetic force for good in the world. Her passion in her work with teens, and her advocacy for them was inspiring. My heart goes out to her family and friends. I will never forget her.
Stephanie was an amazing person. I first met her when I had the honor of working with her on the first teen book festival. Her spirit and passion was always an inspiration. She will be greatly missed.

I knew and greatly respected Stephanie during her tenure on the Irondequoit Library Board. As an employee of the Pauline Evans Branch amazed us all with her tireless energy and desire to build a new beautiful library for the whole. town. This would not have happened without her love for all libraries. RIP Stephanie.
Stephanie,
I feel blessed to have worked with you at FPL, even for such a short time. Your powerful impact on this world will forever be an inspiration. I am holding you, your family, friends, and the MCLS community in my heart.
Stephanie inspired me professionally and personally in my work as a teen librarian.
My library teens had life altering experiences at the Teen Book Fest, the event she started.
My early days as a teen librarian were shaped by the workshops she held in Ithaca a few years ago.
My heart goes out to you, her friends and family. Our professional teen library world just got
a little bit dimmer. I am so grateful I had a chance to know her.
There aren't adequate words to say what Stephanie meant to me. She was a dear, dear friend that always put others first. I am blessed to have shared such a close friendship with her for many years. My deepest sympathies to Fred and the rest of her family.
Stephanie, you were such a bright light for the brief time I knew you. I will never think of Teen Library Services without thinking of you. You will be missed by so many and I hope you know the impact you had on us all. May God bless you and keep you.
My heart is deeply saddened. A wonderful librarian and person. Stephanie was instrumental in making the new library happen in Irondequoit as our Library Board President. My thoughts and prayers are with Fred, her family, and to her co-workers at the Fairport Public Library. The world is a better place because of her.
