Failing, Emma Jane
Irondequoit. Tuesday, November 24, 2009. After suffering from dementia for many years, Emma died at the Episcopal Church Home where she was lovingly cared for. Predeceased by her husband's, Irving Sprauge, Frank Failing and Harold Hicks. She is survived by her sons Richard Failing(Nancy Hicks), Paul Failing(Nancy Failing) and David Failing (Tracy Zaffuto), daughter-in-law , Diana Failing Hoff, 8 grandchildren and 14 great grand children. Emma loved her family, music, and laughter. She will be dearly missed by all she touched.
No prior visitation. Friends are invited to meet the family Wednesday December 2, 2009 7:00pm at Christian Assembly, 1165 Lyell Ave, Rochester, NY for her Memorial Service. Interment will be held in private. In lieu of flowers, please contribute to the Episcopal Senior Life Communities, 505 Mt Hope Ave, Rochester, NY 14620
