Barbara and John Misiaszek posted a condolence

In 1971 I worked as summer help in the Monroe Savings Bank with Mary. One day she called me over and walked me to the vault where she introduced me to the young auditor by saying, "Barbara Ryan meet John Misiaszek, your future husband"! I was totally embarrased but as you can see, we did get married two years later and have been married ever since then. We have both blessed and cursed Mary over the years for the introduction! But, we are saddened by her passing and thougth the family might enjoy hearing our "How did you Meet?" story!

Aunt Mary was a very special lady - gentle and kind. She & Uncle Carmen were always good to my brother, sisters & I and we loved to spend time with them when we were at my Grandparents. I'll always remember the story of the Fonti (Fonte) brothers all marrying what they referred to as 3 Mary's full of Grace - we are so lucky to have had all of them.
