I'm so very sorry for your loss. When David worked for the school district, he would sometimes need to stop by district office. He was always very friendly and respectful. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I know that words will likely sound hollow at this stage, but I want to try to remember David for what he was to me.
I was an exchange student at EHS during 2002/03. David and I were both seniors, and we first met because we both played in the soccer team. We then also got to play basketball together. He was one of the students who tried the most to make me feel welcome, especially at the beginning. I will always remember him as the kind person he was to me when I needed it the most.
My deepest condolences to the family, and to everyone who was close to him.
I’m so sorry for your loss!! Iv known scalzo for quite sometime now! He was a kind heart even when his head wasn’t in the right place he still tried to always keep smiling! I’ll forever cherish our friendship we grew to have and all the fun fun memories!! My heart goes out to Dave and his family! I’m also very blessed to known him for as long as I did!!!!
