I haven't seen Paul since 1969, but i'll miss him. We were wrestling team mates, quarry swimming buddies and good friends. In high school, rented a summer house for a week on Lake Ontario with Paul, Tom, Jeff and Henry. Paul had an old Olds 88, I think, and a night license. It was a good week. I am so sorry he's left us. My heart aches for his family and his friends.

I was sad to share the news of Paul's loss on the Eastridge Alumni Page on FB.
He certainly made his mark at Eastridge as a talented three sport athlete. His lasting impact though was being a great guy. .He seemed to embrace everyone as chosen family.
All these years later Paul still has that great smile and oozes zest for life and people as evident in the photograph you chose of him. It was my pleasure to know Paul. I can clearly hear his distinctive laugh, enjoy his sense of humor, and feel the love and kindness he blessed all of us lucky enough to know him with.
Over the years our paths would cross and we would pick up like we saw each other yesterday. May your fond memories bring you joy, too.
Know the extended Eastridge Family lifts you up as you mourn your profound loss. We celebrate with you a life well lived but gone too soon.
May you be comforted knowing that every time you say his name, tell his story, pay forward his lessons but most of all love each other you give Paul eternal life. He lives on in all the hearts he touched on earth and now as a guardian angel. RIP.

I count Paul among the 5 or so nicest men I’ve ever met. A kind soul with a big heart, he was a mainstay at Wannagetfast and aside from me was among my twin boys most vocal supporters. He and his son Chris made quite a pair. Paul took the development of young athletes very seriously but never took himself too seriously. The world is less fun without him in it. Rest in Peace.
