I had the distinct privilege of working with both Michael and Karen at BOCES and they are wonderful people and friends. Michael and Karen would go above and beyond for anyone. Michael is going to be missed by everyone whose lives he touched. My thoughts and prayers are with Karen and the rest of Michael’s family at this difficult time and hope that healing and health be with them all.
Karen, Michele, Brandon and Nicole,
Our deepest sympathy re the lost of Michael, we only met a couple of times but he was a wonderful person, BIG HUGS....

Thank you for all the great laughs. I was only a young guy learning the bakery when we met. But the things you taught me I have carried on in my career since those days. Thank you for everything and always making each interaction memorable.

This picture is up on the wall at Transportation (Boces).
Michael was so friendly and caring to the students. He had such a big heart, and a great sense of humor! I can hear his laugh!
On Wednesdays I would see him at Transportation and say, "Mike, Mike, Mike; guess what day it is!" (Like from the Geico camel commercial). He'd smile and say H_mp day"
No one will EVER have as much "imagination " as Michael.
You will always be fondly remembered by so many Boces employees!
