Rochester: Peacefully on Monday, June 14, 2010 at the age of 34 surrounded by his family. Steve is survived by his parental units, Tony & Lil Paraka; sister and brother in law, Marissa & Josh Lee; niece, Madelyn; grandmothers, Barbara Labasz, Anna Paraka; uncles, Gregory Paraka & Tony Labasz; great uncle, Nick(Luda) Labash; his cat, Bucky; many family members and many friends.
His family will receive friends THURSDAY 3-9PM at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Panachyda 7pm. Friends are invited to meet the family FRIDAY 10:00AM at ST. MARY'S UKRAINIAN ORTHODOX CHURCH for his Divine Liturgy. Interment Riverside Cemetery. No flowers please, the family is establishing a fund in Stephen's memory at the University of Rochester and asks that gifts be sent to the University of Rochester, Alumni and Advancement Center, Office of Gift and Donor Records, Box 270032, Rochester, NY 14627-0032.
