Debbie and Phil: I enjoyed working with your dad throughout many years at St. Salome's. He was unbelievably helpful and kind. Most of all, he had a great sense of humor! We laughed until we cried over the slightest things. Those were great times and wonderful memories. Please accept my deepest sympathy. Phil will never be forgotten.

I knew Phil thru collecting railroadiana. He had a great collection and was very knowledgeable on the intricacies of these things.
Phil,you will be missed.
Your train is running extra and has full rights over the road.
You have earned a ticket to ride, enjoy the trip to your destination.
Remember, there is no end of the line, only new destinations.
Farewell.

My favorite memory of uncle Phillip is when he took just me on a very old train ride. It didn't go far but I was impressed with the engine and I loved the red caboose. He loved his train collection. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with my cousins and thier children. May time and love heal this passing. love Melissa Perley

My sincere condolences to Phil, Debbie, and families. I have many fond memories of your dad when we worked at St. Salome's. He was very helpful to me when I taught second grade. I fondly remember all the laughs we had after school. He was one of a kind, and he will be missed deeply by all who knew him.

I have many fun memories of working with Phil at the old Monroe Texaco, a lot of laughs and he taught me a lot about engines. RIP PHIL!
