My memories of my cousin are many as a kid. I spent a lot of time at my uncle’s house. He had boys and my father had 5 girls and me. My uncle treated me as his own and was very loving and caring, he welcomed me and took me everywhere. Rafi and his brothers treated me as their little brother. They called me, Charlie Chan, Charles Atlas and Charlie Chaplin. Like his Dad José Antonio Padin, Rafi was a devoted family man. And had a good sense of humor, I can still hear his laughter. His family was blessed to have him in their lives. May God bring comfort to his family as I know he will be greatly missed. RIP Rafi Charlie Padin
