To the Chodak family. Chuck played a huge roll in my life growing up. He was my tutor during high school in math and helped me pass all my regents. Chuck supported me through nursing school and was always my advocate. He holds a special place in my heart. The Chodak family will always be part of my family. Thank you for always including us and sharing your traditions.
