Mancini, Dominick A. of Irondequoit passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 in company of his loving wife, Aileen Mancini. Dominick is survived by his wife and children, Dominick (Megan Noskowiak) Mancini, Nicole (Derek Melsheimer) Mancini, Stephanie (Dennis) Kellam. Surviving siblings include, Christopher (Heather) Mancini, Joseph Mancini, Mark (Virginia) Mancini. Surviving in-laws include, Thomas (Helen) O'Connor, Maureen (Charles) Riccitello, Patrick (Sandra Mason) O'Connor, John (Laurie) O'Connor, Dennis (Stacey Just) O'Connor. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Dominick was born in Schenectady, NY on June 26, 1956 to the late Dominick J. and Mary Lou (DiDonna) Mancini. After graduating high school, Dom received dual Bachelor’s degrees from Union College and then went on to receive his Master’s degree from RIT. Dom married the love of his life, Aileen (O’Connor) Mancini on June 14, 1980 in Schenectady, NY. Dom moved to Rochester, NY in 1979 and went to work at Eastman Kodak as a project manager where he had 21 years of dedicated services. Dom then went to work at Postler & Jaeckle in 2001 as the C.O.O. before retiring in 2019. Dom was an avid NY Giants & Mets fan and enjoyed collecting sports & historical memorabilia. In his free time, Dom loved to travel and enjoyed his favorite past time - fishing, including excursions all over the country and into Canada. Most of all he cherished the time he spent with his family.

Friends are invited to join the family at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway South) on Tuesday, February 14, 2022 from 4 to 7PM. A Mass of Christian Burial for Dom will take place on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at 11AM at St. John the Evangelist church in Schenectady, NY. Interment will follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to ReelRecovery.org, ProstateCancerResearch.org or a charity of one’s choice in Dom’s memory.
