Obituary of Stephany Snizenko

Snizenko, Stephany of Cary, NC, formerly of Rochester, NY, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2023 at the age of 86, predeceased by her husband, John Snizenko and by her sister and brother-in-law, Anna (Wasyl) Pankiw.

Stephany is survived by her daughters, Christine Snizenko, Cindy Lucieer (husband Lyndon), Mary Ann Cawley (husband Brian), grandchildren Alyssa Cawley, Rebecca Lucieer, and William (Liam) Cawley, brother Peter Iwasiw (wife Maria), sisters Marie Farace (husband Richard) and Olga Ross, nieces and nephews.

Stephany was proud of her Ukrainian roots and was happiest when surrounded by family and friends. 
 

Her family will receive friends Monday, February 20, 4:00 - 7:00pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.); Panachyda 6:30pm. Friends are invited to join the family Tuesday, February 21, 10:00 am at Ukrainian Catholic Church of Epiphany for her Divine Liturgy followed by Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
