To Jeanne and the entire Scantlin Family my sincere condolences. Jim and I were both members of Local 13, a really great and loyal member, he was one of the good ones. I would always see Jim around town from time to time and we would solve a lot of problems in our conversations. RIP Brother. John Perticone

Jeanne and family so sorry to hear of Jim's passing We saw each from time to time and I will always remember our great conversations and what a great person he was and I often thought how proud I was he was my cousin. RIP Jim I will keep cheering on the Bills for you.

I met Jim while living in the Seabreeze water tower area. He was one of the kindest, jolliest neighbors I would run into on my walks. I would also see him at the Irondequoit Library, with his neighbor Carl. My sympathy goes to his dear wife and family. I'm so very sorry for your loss. He was a wonderful person. I loved his laugh!
