Fairport: Our beloved mother and Oma departed this world gracefully and peacefully Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at the age of 95. Pre-deceased by her loving husband Jan and son Bastian"Bob". Mrs. Markesteyn is survived by her daughters, Margo(James Symonds) Markesteijn and Lieske(Frank) Mikulich, grandchildren, Mike(Marnie) Belle-Isle, Kathleen(Joe) Denaro, Joe Plasso, Michelle(Jesse) Ratcliffe, Kristie(Ed) Turek , 7 adoring great grandchildren and many relatives in Holland, England and Australia.
Her family will receive friends Sunday 2:00-4:00pm at the funeral home, where her funeral service will follow at 4:00pm. Interment Falls Cemetery Monday 9:30am. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be directed to Webster Comfort Care Home, 700 Holt Road, Webster, NY 14580.
