Robert Paul Hunt, our father, grandfather, brother, cousin, neighbor, friend lived this in front of us all. He lived a life in service for his family, his country, his neighbor, and his fellow man all in ultimate service and glory to His God and King Jesus Christ. From his early days as a young sailor serving his country, and as a husband and father for his growing family, to serving his community as a firefighter with courage and good humor, he always filled his heart and his hands with the needs of others before himself, becoming and sustaining his role as an ambassador to Christ, even up to his last years. How many of us have heard from him "You need help with that?" and "Well, praise the Lord. God is good." To be so compelled by love like this is surely a light for us all to follow.
