I have known Kenny since our time spent going to school at Annunciation. He was always smiling, making people laugh... then and through our adult life. We shared many long talks in his driveway & we both went through heartaches of losing loved ones, our beloved pets, major health issues, etc. Kenny was a true friend. Someone I could always talk to. I always looked forward to going to my dog job walks so that I could possibly see my good buddy Kenny, out cutting his lawn or busy trimming the hedges, just so we could have our daily chat about life. If he didn't see me for a while, he would text me & ask me if I was ok. It was nice to have someone checking up on me. And I would do the same with him, too. Because that is what friendship is all about.
I am so sad that my friend is not here anymore. My heart is broken. It is hard to say goodbye to someone you have known your entire life. You form a special bond over the years, and it is very difficult to let that go. Even though I didn't spend a lot of time with Kenny over the years, the talks that we had, the time spent was great. I am really going to miss him! I was truly blessed & honored to have been Kenny's friend. Rest in peace, my friend. You have suffered way too long!
