Obituary of JoAnn Sparks

JoAnn Sparks, age 74, of Rochester died Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at Strong Memorial Hospital of Rochester, NY.  JoAnn was born February 3, 1951 in Newton, KS. She is the daughter of the late George and Eleanor (Frye) Rotolo. 

She enjoyed working at Off Track Betting, Rochester, NY as a Counter Clerk. 

She is survived by her sister, Susan Erbland; her brother, Steven Rotolo; her nephews, Matthew (Alisa)  and Edward (Heather) Erbland; six great-nieces and nephews; as well as many cherished friends and coworkers.

Per JoAnn’s wishes there will be no calling hours or wake.
