Ulana L. Kowal

Webster: Unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at the age of 69. She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, John; beloved sons, Taras (Wendy) and Roman Kowal; adoring grandchildren, Nadiya and Vitaliy; sister, Larisa Lilitka; brother-in-law, Myron (Ann) Kowal; many nieces and nephews.

Ulana was a devoted member of St. Josapahts Ukrainian Catholic Church and volunteered at the Ukrainian Festival for many years.

She was an active member of CYM, the Ukrainian Culture Center and longtime volunteer for Kalyna Ukrainian dance group.

Her family will receive friends Sunday, June 8, 4-7pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.) Panachyda 6:30pm. Friends are invited to meet the family Monday, June 9, 11:00am at St. Josaphats Ukrainian Catholic Church for her Divine Liturgy. Interment private at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to CYM Childrens Camp-CHOLODNJAR, Kalyna Dance Group, or Mass in her name.
