Shortsville: Friday, December 3, 2010 at the age of 52. Predeceased by his father, Robert. Phillip is survived by his mother, Evelyn Fisher; significant other, Belinda Campbell; son, Scott Fisher; step children, Sarah, Jasmine, Bruce, Jay, Heather; sister, Ellen(James) Candela; step grandson, Blake; nieces & nephew.
His family will receive friends MONDAY 5:00-7:00PM at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South), where his memorial service will follow at 7:00PM. Interment Private. Memorials may be directed to Humane Society At Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Rd., Fairport, NY 14450.
