Baylor, Gary D.

    (Rochester) Saturday, September 27, 2025 at the age of 83 surrounded by his loving family. Gary is predeceased by his parents Mary June Priest and Thomas Priest, and Paul Cleveland Baylor. Gary is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Jacquelyn Suzanne Baylor.  Mother-in-law, Jacquelyn Platt.  Children Janet (Duke) Baylor, Jonathan D. Baylor, and J. Scott C. (Christine) Baylor. Grandchildren; Benjamin A. and Jesse J. Baylor.

   Gary was born in Springfield, Massachusetts, and grew up in East Longmeadow, Mass.  He was a proud New Englander and a graduate of the University of Massachusetts - Amherst, and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.  Gary retired from a 27 year career at the Eastman Kodak Company in 1991, where he held a variety of positions, his favorite being Facilities Manager for Kodak's Northwest Distribution Division in San Ramon, California.  Gary loved travel, Italian food, gardening, music, and keeping up with current events, all of which he enjoyed during his long retirement.  He was proud to have visited all 50 states, and to have travelled to Australia, New Zealand, China, and Europe.

   Friends are invited to gather at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.), Friday, October 3rd, 2025 from 4-7pm, with a short prayer to follow at 7pm. Interment private.
