Celeste, my most treasured friend for over 50 years. Beautiful, funny, wise and a heart of pure gold. She was a huge part of my life over the years and we shared so many wonderful times and memories together. Our hearts go out to our "American" family and share in your sorrow. To the family and friends of Celeste. We just wanted to say how deeply saddened we were to hear of her illness and passing. We are so very sorry for your loss. We had the great privilege of hosting her on the annual girls Stratford visit. Over these many years that we had gotten to know her, she shared many stories of her family and life back home. We always felt like it was family coming for an annual visit. She was thoughtful, intelligent and kind - the world is an emptier place without her presence. I read this obituary because I once knew a family with the same name. I do not see a relationship. I was touched by the obituary and can see what a remarkable person Celeste was. My condolences to her family. You must be proud of her. Her life stroy is an inspiration to us all.

Dear Family - Celeste was a coworker and friend for many years. I loved her sense of humor and her incredible outlook on life. I will miss her. Above is a pic from last year at a tea party at my house - she wore a fancy hat and brought ladies lacy gloves for all the guests. I am sorry I will be out of town for the service as I’d love to hug everyone. Love, Margaret Burt

I am So Sorry to the Family of Celeste! She was such a wonderful person! Not only was she a patron of my Beauty salon for many years, she was a Friend! She would always come in the salon with her Little dog Nicky by her side. The Love she had for that dog she rescued just showed the kind of person she was. I was very fortunate to have known her for the years I did. You wouldn't find a Better Person. If everyone was like her this world would be a better place! Look at all the Good she's done in this world just by reading her obituary. Rest in Peace Celeste. And I hope Nicky was one of the first to greet you! You will be truly missed! Give Nicky a burger from me in Heaven. ❤️❤️
