Joseph J Rallo – Colorado Springs CO

Joseph (Joe) Rallo, 87, died peacefully on October 14, 2025 , surrounded by the love of his family and while holding his wife’s hand.

Joe is survived by his wife, Carol Castiglione Rallo, daughter Rosalyn (Richard) Reagan, son Joseph (Terri) Rallo, brother Franklin (Terry) Rallo, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, a multitude of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and good friends.

Joe was proud to be a member of the City of Rochester Fire Department. After retirement, he and Carol moved to Colorado Springs CO, where he always enjoyed looking at Pikes Peak and the Rocky Mountains.

Friends are invited to visit the family on Wednesday, November 5th from 4 - 7 pm at Paul W. Harris Funeral Home (570 S. Kings Highway, Rochester, NY  14617).  A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 6th at 10:00 AM at the funeral home with interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery to follow.
