So sorry to hear about her passing. She was a great mentor and friend. As my PhD dissertation chair her influence on my work and career was immense. It was so nice introducing her to my kids who are now in college and I will miss her emails and greetings that continued some 20 years after I finished Cornell in 2003. Chris Cihlar

On behalf of the School of Social Work at the University of Wisconsin-Madison we mourn Jeanne's passing. Jeanne was one of the first graduates of our PhD program and a generous supporter and friend of the School. She had an illustrious career and we are proud that she was a alum.
