Obituary of Dominick G. Bianchi

Dominick passed away on November 5, 2025 at the age of 61.

He is predeceased by his parents, Salvatore and Marlene Bianchi and brother, Sean Fitzgerald.

Dominick is survived by his wife, Helen; son, Nicholas (Ann) Bianchi; grandson, Cole Bianchi; step-mother, Patricia Bianchi; siblings, Doug (Ann) Bianchi, Cheryl (Howard Bigelow) Bianchi, Lisa (Nick Bytschkow) Barrett, Michael (Stacey) Fitzgerald, Linda (Jackson) Day; sister in-law, Tracey Fitzgerald; several close extended family members, nieces, nephews and friends. He is also survived by Nicholas Damico, who was like a son to him. 

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated care team at Strong Memorial Hospital for their exceptional care and kindness.

Dominick was an avid outdoorsman who found his greatest happiness in nature. He loved hunting, fishing, and spending time in the open air, where he felt most at peace. Whether casting a line on a quiet morning or tracking through the woods, Dominick cherished the beauty and freedom of the outdoors. His deep appreciation for nature and his adventurous spirit will be remembered by all who knew and loved him. 

Family will receive friends on Thursday, November 13th from 4-7PM at the funeral home. Dominick's Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 14th at 9:30AM at Sacred Heart Cathedral, 296 Flower City Park, Rochester, NY 14615.
