Obituary of Ann Marie Platania

Pittsford – December 13, 2025. Predeceased by her husband, Sam; brother, Charles Salvaggio, Jr.; and daughter-in-law, Monica. Ann Marie is survived by her sons, John, Charles (Carol) and Michael (Jennifer); grandchildren, Amanda and Connor (Shannon); great-grandson, Jameson; brother-in-law, Richard (Maria); sisters-in-law, Ann Backus and Carol (John) Lathron; and many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

Ann Marie was a homemaker who always put her family and friends first. With her warm heart and comforting smile, she always made you feel welcome. She will be dearly missed by all who were fortunate to know her.

Family and friends may call at Paul W. Harris Funeral Home (570 Kings Hwy. So.) Thursday, December 18, 2025 from 4:00 – 7:00 PM. Ann Marie’s Funeral Mass will be held Friday, 9:30 AM at Church of the Assumption, 20 East Ave, Fairport, NY 14450. Entombment to follow at White Haven Memorial Park.
