Dear Jim, Jolie and family -
Sending my deepest condolences to you all. I will remember Karen as a warm and friendly soul. Always made me feel welcome and she was always fun to hang out with . My most favorite conversations were about our grandchildren. We both had boys around the same age and we would laugh about what they were up to. Such a loving person. Cherish the wonderful memories you have. Joan Arki

I was blessed to know Karen and attend Jim and Karen's wedding. She/Jim always welcomed me as family. I will miss our conversations including ideas she shared on kitchen remodeling, and her truly caring, devoted, passionate personality. I'll miss sharing a cocktail or two with her, and the laughs in our conversations.
Sending my love and deepest sympathies to Jim, Katelyn, Jennie, Shawn, and Baby Zane!!

Jim and girls,
So shocked and saddened to hear this! I was just floored…..doesn’t seem possible AT ALL! This woman was so full of life just last year when we spent time on the St Lawrence river. I will cherish that day and keep the happy memory of sitting on the dock with you both! I’m sending you a big hug Jim…..I’m so glad you have your girls to lean on and they you.
Godspeed beautiful Karen ♥️

I was blessed to know Karen for nearly 50 years. Time spent with Karen was always engaging. She was a great conversationalist, well-informed and interesting, and also interested in what others had to say. She was a genuine, talented, strong, and fiercely loyal person whom I will truly miss.
Sending my deepest sympathies to Jim, Katelyn, and Jennie.

Steve and I are shocked and deeply saddened to hear of Karen's passing! Our hearts go out to Jim and their entire family. I can't say that we knew Karen very well, even though we live just a few doors down the street, but we always liked her very much. Our interactions were always pleasant. Several years ago I accidentally backed into Karen's car. When I knocked on her door in tears to tell her the bad news, she was so incredibly kind and gracious. She said, "It's just a car." I appreciated her kindness so much and will never forget it!
The world has lost a good woman and we are so, so sorry. Much love and deepest condolences to all. Amy and Steve Tolle

I have been richly blessed to have Karen as my sister in law for over 40 years! She has always loved me unconditionally, was very supportive, was a wonderful wife to Jim, and raised my two beautiful girls to be amazing women. I will miss you very much. Karen...I will miss greeting you at the door of my house when you come to NT with a white claw or the specialty drink of the week. Love you!!
