Margaret M. Russi

Irondequoit – Peacefully on January 17, 2026 at age 97. She is predeceased by her husband, Arthur E. Russi; sons, James A. Russi and Mark R. Russi; and her 5 brothers. Margaret is survived by her sons, Michael J. Russi and Patrick K. Russi (Carolynn O’Connell); grandchildren, Amanda R. (Daniel J.) Nalewalski, Lauren M. (Jack) DeYaeger, Julia M. Russi and Jack P. Russi (Sophia Caruana); great-granddaughter, Lily M. Nalewalski; daughter-in-law, Junanne M. Russi; sisters-in-law, Joan M. Pratt and Bernice A. “Bunny” Kleinhammer; brother-in-law, Gerard J. (Judith H.) Russi; many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

The family would like to express their sincere thanks to the staff at Latta Road West Nursing Home for their compassionate care given to Margaret.

No prior calling. Family and friends are invited to Margaret’s Funeral Mass Thursday, January 29, 2026, 10:00 AM at St. Kateri at St. Cecilia Church, 2732 Culver Rd, Rochester, New York 14622. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider donations to the American Diabetes Association or Epilepsy-Pralid, Inc. in Margaret’s memory.
