Rochester – On January 25, 2026 at age 90. She is predeceased by her husband, Marvin Zajac; daughter, Nancy Zajac; and grandson, Nicholas Zajac, Patricia is survived by her children, Debra Zajac, James (Karen) Zajac and William (Nancy Stewart) Zajac; grandchildren, John (Kerry), Pete, Billy (Ivon), Clint (Kristen), Mark (Emily) and Catie Zajac; great-grandchildren, Jason, Michael, Reagan, Eleanor and Henry; siblings, Richard (Mary Lou) Toole and Thomas (Mary) Toole; many nieces and nephews.

No prior calling. Patricia’s Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, January 31, 2026, 11:00 AM at St. Kateri at St. Margaret Mary Church, 401 Rogers Pkwy, Rochester, NY 14617. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
