Obituary of Diane M. Pfluke

Diane M. Pfluke, age 78, of Irondequoit, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, February 6, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Diane was predeceased by her parents, Kenneth and Norma Tallinger, and her brother, David Tallinger.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 55 years, Milton Pfluke, with whom she built a life rooted in love, family, and togetherness. Diane was a proud and loving mother to Lisa (Kenny Loper) Tower, David (Natalie) Pfluke, Robert (Jennifer) Pfluke, Steven (Rachael) Pfluke, Jeffrey Pfluke, and Jonathan (Kimberly) Pfluke. She found immense joy in her grandchildren: Kaitlyn Tower, Ryan (KayLee) Pfluke, Sophia Pfluke, Samuel Pfluke, Tyler Pfluke, Abigail Pfluke, Zachary Pfluke, Melanie Pfluke, Ian Schneeberger, Eldred Pfluke, Wesley Pfluke, and Louise Pfluke.

She is also survived by her brothers, Kenneth Tallinger and Brian (Liz) Tallinger.

Diane’s greatest happiness came from being surrounded by her family. She cherished time spent together—whether it was family gatherings, simple moments at home, or camping trips that created lifelong memories. Her warmth, quiet strength, and unwavering love will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
