Obituary of Dorothy Hughes

Dorothy (Salze) Hughes
Born on February 18, 1924 and passed away on February 22, 2026 at the age of 102.
Predeceased by her husband, Allen Hughes and infant son, Allen, Jr.; her parents and sister, Martha Lippincott.
Dorothy is survived by nephews, Jeffrey (Vicki) Lippincott of Canandaigua and Ron Lippincott of Gorham; many great and great-great nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Hughes worked at Kodak for 28 years and retired in 1983. She was a parishoner of St. Cecelia's Church for many years. She was a member of the Catholic Woman's Club and served as secretary of St. Cecelia's Ladies Guild.
There will be no calling hours. A graveside ceremony will be held at Irondequoit Cemetery. In Dorothy's memory, please donate to your favorite charity.
