Debbie (DJ) And I work together for many years at Excellus BCBS. I have so many memories. One of the ones I have was during 9/11. DJ kept a small TV at her desk so at lunchtime, she could watch her afternoon soap opera. When 9/11 happened that morning she called me over and we watched the news together as it unfolded on her small TV..We all remember that morning and she will always be in that memory with me as we watched it together. More fun thought, DJ and I were always together helping the new trainees as they came out and started taking their first phone calls. She was so good at what she did at work. She was to be respected and to learn from. God bless you, Debbie and rest in peace and condolences to your family. Marilyn Bohrer (MB)

I started in Customer Service at the "Blues" in 1977. The Correspondence Unit was part of Customer Service and I met Debbie "Jay" a few days after I started. She was so welcoming - very outgoing as funny as he-- !! There was a group of us that stuck together while we were all working there. Debbie, Barb H., Mary S, me and a few others. Debbie was the smile that kept all of us going, through bad managers, corporate changes, etc. She will be missed. My prayers and condolences to her family. Patti
