To Franks family: I'm so sorry I didn't see this notice earlier. As a long time mental health worker Franks sent me so much business he felt he had to give me an award. Frank was always good for many stories. While we haven't seen each other in years, I am saddened by his passing and certainly will keep him and all of you in my prayers. Deepest condolences to the Lodato family. I worked with Frank for over fifteen years. He was always a gentleman and very well respected in his field of work as a Parole Officer. I kept in touch with Frank over the years and enjoyed a chuckle with him now and then. He will be dearly missed by many. Rest in peace dear friend.

Frank was married to my mom's cousin Tess and he was an inspiration for me to get into Law Enforcement from a very young age. In fact I recall using him as a reference at the time! We met at ARPALER and ITALEO meetings in the early days and enjoyed many visits throughout the years. RIP Frank, you were a good man and role model.

I had the privilege of working with Frank many years ago in his role as a NYS Parole Officer and this sad news brought back many memories of a man who exceled at his job and exemplified the true meaning of a gentleman. My sympathy to his family...I am sure that you have many memories that will bring you comfort in the days ahead.
