Rochester – On July 2, 2026 at age 84. She is predeceased by her parents, Angel Concepcion and Maria Reyes. Elizabeth is survived by her children, Lydia Garcia, Angel (Grisel) Colon, Jr. and Cynthia (Nick) Lu; 10 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
