Henrietta – On July 17, 2026 at age 81. She is predeceased by her parents, Mykola and Zina Gudzowaty. Irene is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Al Musteikis; children, Paul Musteikis, Lisa (Kurt) Yockel and Christopher (Susan) Musteikis; grandchildren, Kara and Ryan Musteikis; sister, Lesia (Christopher) Harness; niece and nephews.

No prior calling. Irene’s Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, July 23, 2026, 10:00 AM at St. Josaphat’s Ukrainian Catholic Church, 940 Ridge Rd, Rochester, NY 14621. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider donations to St. Josaphat’s Ukrainian Catholic Church or The Advent House, 1010 Moseley Road, Fairport, NY 14450 in Irene’s memory.
