Suzanne B. Marino

Irondequoit – On August 21, 2026 at age 68. Suzanne lived in Irondequoit her whole life and spent her career at Xerox as a financial analyst, but family always came first to her. She was an extremely selfless person who put others before herself. She was also remarkably persistent and strong-willed, facing whatever came her way with a determination that never wavered. She loved nature and could often be found watching and feeding the birds and wildlife from the back deck of her Irondequoit home. She and her husband kept a second home in Florida and made wonderful memories on family vacations together, from a recent trip to the San Juan Islands in Washington State to time spent on Oneida Lake and Seneca Lake. But more than anything, what Suzanne treasured most was simply being with her family.
 

She is predeceased by her parents, Dmytro and Dunia Bojko; and brother, Roland Bojko. Suzanne is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Joseph Marino; children, Joseph Michael (Rachel Rosselli) Marino and Rachel Lee (Eric Kanouse) Marino; grandchildren, Joseph Vincent Marino and Cameron John Kanouse; brother, Jerry (Michelle) Bojko; nieces, Lisa Lyle, Tracy (Luis) Santos and Laura (Bill) Urciuoli; sister-in-law, Paula (Ron) Bellavia; nieces, Alecia (Nick) Romano and Suzanne Polimeni.
 

Family and friends may call at Paul W. Harris Funeral Home, 570 Kings Hwy South, from 4 – 7 pm on Monday, 8/31/2026. Suzanne's Funeral Mass will be held at 10 am on Tuesday, 9/1/2026 at St. Josaphat's Ukrainian Catholic Church, 940 E. Ridge Road, Rochester, NY 14621. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
