Dear Mrs. Scardino, Marlene, Mike, Chuck, Chris, and the entire Family: We are so very saddened to learn about Mr. Scardino. We have many memories of his visits to Marlene and the boys when they lived next door to us. He was very matter-of-fact and told it like it was - yet you could see the love and pride he felt for his family, especially his grandsons. And his woodworking craftsmanship that he so readily shared - Marlene, I know he was always there to build something for your "projects". Our deepest sympathies to your entire family. There are two memories I will always have of Uncle Leonard. My dad would visit in Rochester and come back to Dallas telling stories of how Uncle Leonard would him laugh. He always had a great heart for Uncle Leonard. And Uncle Leonard always had a cigar in his mouth. Just a good man with the big Scardino heart. Have fun there in heaven with my dad.
