Obituary of Ada Lucy Meli

Meli, Ada L. (Perrotta) Irondequoit: Saturday, March 5, 2011 at the age of 82. Pre-deceased by her parents, Anacleto & Libby Perrotta; husband Joseph; sister, Edith LaVilla. She is survived by her 2 sons, John M. and Robert Meli; brother, Anthony(Jackie) Perrotta; nieces and nephews, Fay(Richard) Gilmore Carol Hulsizer, Steven & David LaVilla, Roseanne & Dennis Duneske. Ada was very active within the Madison H.S. reunion committee. She also was a member of SE~GO~LE~ Sisterhood. Ada was an avid bowler, golfer and loved listening to music. She also was a parishioner & volunteer at St. Margaret Mary Church and enjoyed knitting blankets for the elderly. Her family will receive friends SUNDAY 1-5PM at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Friends are invited to meet the family MONDAY 10:00 AM at Blessed Kateri at St. Margaret Mary Church for her funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
