Irondequoit: Betty passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, October 30, 2015 at the age of 91. Pre-deceased by her husband, Al; siblings, Tom & Esther. She is survived by her children, Jo Ann (James) Farmer, Joyce (Paul Schencke) Callarama, Michael (Cindy) Callarama; grandchildren, David (Jodianne) Mentus, Eileen (James) Thompson, Kevin (Kristine Consler) Mentus, Jason (Melanie) Zukauskas, Tracey Zukauskas, Michael Callarama Jr., Shaina Callarama, great grandchildren, Ella, Aiden, Naomi, Miles, Meadow, Taylor, Alanna; many nieces and nephews; special friend, Joan Hagel.
Her family will receive friends Monday 4-8pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Friends are invited to meet the family Tuesday 11:30am at Peace of Christ Parish at St. Ambrose for her funeral mass. Interment Private. Memorials may be directed to Honor Flight Inc. PO Box, 23581, Rochester, NY 14692.
