Irondequoit: Resident of Florida, Bob passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at the age of 72. Predeceased by his parents Velma & Walton Rice & brother, Jeffrey Rice. Bob is survived by his sister, Jeri (James) Smith; brothers, Eric (Joan) Rice & David (Deborah) Rice; nieces, Dr. Emily L.(Ian Horgan) Rice, LCDR Sarah B. (Michael Buckner) Rice USN; nephews, Jay M. Smith, Jake A. Smith, Daniel P. Rice; grandnephew, Patrick Buckner; loving companion, Rosemary Casalbore & her family as well as many close friends & colleagues.
