Schaubert, Dorothy H. Irondequoit: Passed away peacefully on January 20, 2016 at age 88.. She was predeceased by her husband Earl, two brothers, Elmer and Bill, two sisters, Marion and Irene. Survived by her children, Gail (Richard) Cavallaro and Dean (Tracey) Schaubert, four grandchildren, Sierra, Dalton, Triston and Hannah Schaubert. She is also survived by her sister, Veronica, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Bruce and Jean Schaubert and sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Carol and Robert Eddy and several nieces and nephews. Dorothy was a very caring and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed camping, playing Bingo, crocheting and arts and crafts. The family wishes to thank the Memory Center at the Friendly Home for the loving care and compassion given to Dorothy. Special thanks goes to Sharon DeLeon before she was transferred and also Brandon Buonomo, nurses Laura and Randy. Her family will receive friends MONDAY 3:00 - 8:00pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Friends are invited to meet the family TUESDAY 10:00 AM at ST. KATERI at ST. CECILIA CHURCH for her funeral mass. Interment Irondequoit Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Alzheimers Assoc. Rochester Chapter or to Humane Society At Lollypop Farm.
