Hussey, Robert V. Irondequoit: Thursday, April 7, 2016 at the age of 83. Predeceased by his parents Bernard & Margaret Hussey, siblings, Margaret, Claire, Paul, John and his 1st wife, Virginia. Robert is survived by his loving wife, Jean, step-children, Daniel, Amy(Will)Wilson, granddaughter, Mia Wilson, brother, Bernard, god daughters, Theresa and Katie, many nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews and good friends. Robert's passions included his golf and bridge game, playing in Irondequoit Concert and New Horizens Band, reading and cheering on his alma mater Boston College. His family will receive friends Wednesday 4:00 - 7:00pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Friends are invited to meet the family Thursday 9:30 am at St. Kateri at Christ the King Church for his funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In Robert's memory, memorial donations may be directed to American Stroke Association or Palliative Care Unit at University of Rochester Medical Center.
